Just before cancer surgery, a nurse applied a similar bracelet to one they apply at hospital check-in. It was orange with large black letters that read "limb alert". Once lymph nodes are removed, they don't like to draw blood, take blood pressure, etc. on that arm. I've had so many nurses thank me when I'm "out" and unable to remind them.
