@aklenke

I have been doing red light therapy along with low light laser therapy and vibration plate at a center. In 6 sessions, have seen my neuropathy pain go from needing 3 gabapentin 3x/day to 1 gabapentin 3x/day. a couple of months ago I also purchased a red light for my home (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D7HKY49K?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1) and a vibration plate (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B5SXZ973?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1&th=1). I use them at the same time at least 15 minutes each day. Sometimes I will do 15 minutes in am and 15 at night. Vibration plate has also done amazing things for my balance!

I recently did 19 laser treatments and no pain meds for 2 months now.

Going bk to center for maintenance every 4-6 wks

Happy you found help!!

Been doing vibration platform therapy 3 times per week and only received temporary help with balance.

Based on your post I'm going to try and increase my vibration platform therapy to see how it can help long term

Thank you for your post and I will ck out your links:)

What state do you live?

I'm in AZ
