I don't know what a "mild" procedure is. I have stenosis and a ruptured disc. After two expensive lower back injections that only helped for a short period, I have to take a daily dose of hydrocodone for my chronic pain.
In my opinion, we are all lab rats. Perhaps one day, someone will get lucky.

The mild procedure, or minimally invasive lumbar decompression, is a surgical treatment for lumbar spinal stenosis, a condition where the spinal canal narrows, putting pressure on the spinal nerves. It's a minimally invasive outpatient procedure that removes excess bone and ligament tissue to create more space in the spinal canal, relieving pressure and pain.

this is only done for Spinal Stenosis
