I have a similar intolerance of stations and zetia. I'm on Praulent and we added nexletol. It took about 8 months and then the side effects started. Joint pain, tenden pain, sudden knee pain, etc. Stopped couple of weeks ago and I'm gradually getting better. FYI. It seemed to help my LDL get below 100, but it's not worth it.
