Dosage for medical marijuana versus hydrocodone
Hello. I was finally approved to purchased medical marijuana in New Jersey. It's very restrictive so info isn't as easy to get as it should be such as which dispensary carries which strains etc. Is anyone using medical marijuana to wean off pain pills such as hydrocodone? If so, can you share how often you smoke or vape? So far, NJ has not approved oils or edibles to be sold so I am stuck with vaping for now. Keeping an open mind and hopeful to get off or reduce pain meds and reduce inflammation. As always, thanks for any advice you can offer.

Thanks for your input! I agree that the grogginess doesn't help anyone during the day! Nighttime it is welcome. The dispensary has suggested I mix some blends myself until I find a balance.
Wish we had oil in NJ for sale.
Similar to NJ on how to get a card but our cost is about 425 per ounce at my dispensary for the marijuana and it's not covered by insurance. Of course, it would be cheaper for me to stay on hydrocodone but I worry about the long term affects of meds. I take many and even have to get monthly infusions of Remicade. God only knows what that will do long term. Ugggg
Is the spray sublingual? Do you buy it or make it?
I am hoping the losengers I am going to get today help during the daytime without grogginess.
Yeah, the cost of Marijuana is prohibitive for me.
sublingual and the dispensary fills it.
What you are asking is like trying to figure the difference between flowers and motor oil. First of all, no two people are alike. Different drugs effect different people differently.
I pay about $250/ month which replaces a $300/ month prescription of pain pills.
I have a card in Illinois. My question is -I go to a PM doc. Will he kick me out of his practice if I test positive for Medical pot?
Afraid to talk to him about it-would like to reduce my use of opiods but am afraid to lose my prescription over a positive test.
