Does your pain get worse with changing weather?

I get headaches when it is going to rain and my joints and neuropathy also hurt more in warmer weather. I think the change in atmospheric pressure and warmer weather affect blood vessels and nerves with compression and expansion of surrounding tissues/vessels.
Cooler room temperatures and air conditioning plus cool wash cloths and ice packs help me.

Yes I think you're spot on. I get headaches too, the worst pressure in my head during storms. I'm constantly cooling as well! I keep a window air in my bedroom because it helps me sleep and cool down faster if needed.
