Thanks for your input! I agree that the grogginess doesn't help anyone during the day! Nighttime it is welcome. The dispensary has suggested I mix some blends myself until I find a balance.
I am hoping the losengers I am going to get today help during the daytime without grogginess.
I use a 50/50 blend of THC and CBD with NO cognitive effects and get fantastic pain relief. A 7/1 blend seems to too psychoactive to me (too much THC). I have also have a SL spray that I use only for breakthrough pain that is 100% THC. I can feel a change in mentation when I use it. Thankfully I rarely need it.
I found that a 50 50 blend of THC and CBD works well with a 100% THC for breakthrough pain I use the THC perhaps 1-2 times per week. I live in Minnesota.
mcpucho, welcome to Connect. Thank you for jumping in to this conversation and giving a thorough response about medical marijuana. It is also helpful that you are from NY.
@jerseygirl926, does this answer help with your initial question regarding medical marijuana, vaping or smoking?
@mcpucho, you mentioned that you use medical marijuana to take the edge off of your pain, if you are comfortable would you share what causes your pain?
