Where is the pain in the knee or in the leg? I am 5 weeks out and have 125 ROM. Was having muscle pain but it’s starting to wear off.

The pain has shifted to above the knee, however I get this pain shooting down the front of my leg towards my ankle.
I’m coming up to 6 weeks on Friday, after the complications that I had with my other knee, I was determine to beat the time frame, unfortunately due to the severe pain it stops me from doing my PT at home.
