I forgot to put that i do the routine i mentioned about five times a week. Also I am a religious sauna user, I don’t know if it helps the bones (but it increases blood flow everywhere so it might) but I do 5 times a week a week for 20 mins at 160 to 180 F. YES it is hot but this is the temp needed for health based on the Finnish Men’s sauna study which you can google. I started out with 5 mins and built up. The study shows Impressive cognitive and heart benefits.

I’m so impressed with five times a week! I do weights 2 times a week and have just started pilates once a week. Only a couple times a week aerobics with my pelaton. I would like to motivate myself to do more aerobic. Hearing what others do is helpful and motivating. Whether it helps my bones or not (which I know it does) i also don’t want to become a weak older person. Going to get hyaluronic injections on my ankle (osteochondral lesion) and hoping that will let me increase my walking. Thanks for sharing!

The sauna is interesting. There is one at my gym. Something to think about
