I was diagnosed with AIH 10 years ago. I was able to control my disease for 5 years with medication, but 5 years ago I progressed to needing a liver transplant. No worries. They have great medications available. Follow your doctor’s recommendations and you’ll be fine.

Thank you. What is scary for me, is I already have Hashimoto's;
(another Autoimmune Disorder) I found out that my Thyroid is so bad, that when I had a Ultrasound on it, they could barely find it. Which turns out I may have what is referred to as Graves Disease caused by Hypothyroidism. Most of the time it is caused by Hyperthyroidism.. my Thyroid medication is not absorbing into my system. Im scared.
