Thank you! I flirted with CoQ10 during chronic fatigue 25 years ago - with very good effect.
I tried a combo of suggestions from this group and then dropped one by one til the symptoms returned.
I’m sure massage and heat helped my vascular issues. On the cramps the most consistent result has been 110mg of magnesium (nothing else in it) with lunch and no sugar after lunchtime.
The quickest way to get the cramps to come back is to break my no sugar rule.
I’ve read sugar is an inflammatory agent and exacerbates peripheral neuropathy.
Going to add CoQ10 to my routine. Thx.
