Hi

I was at NJH recently. They recommended using 7 % saline nebulized through the aerobika system with manometer.

I like this because it combines nebulizing with airway clearance, cutting down time.

It also works very well. I had dry bronchiectasis, but within the last year this has changed and this protocol works great.

@patgreen11 , the manometer use makes a lot of sense to me. But I am curious: is the manometer an add-on for a regular Aerobika or did you get an upgraded Aerobika including a manometer?
If the manometer is an add-on, where did you get it?
