I started watching dr Megan’s videos when I was first diagnosed with PMR. I purchased her supplements and I think they’ve really helped me through this PMR journey. My lab ratings for calcium, magnesium potassium have all stayed in the normal range and I’ve been on prednisone for a year. (Currently at 7.5 mg per day ). I’m also a registered dietitian who is very leery of most of the marketing around nutritional supplements. I think they have Had a positive impact on minimizing the side effects.

I haven't ever purchased her vitamins but I think there is a need for a formulation for people taking Prednisone. There are formulations for everything else so why not for people taking Prednisone?
I didn't learn about Dr. Megan until after I was off Prednisone. I had so many problems when I was on Prednisone. Different specialists would tell me to take a vitamin. Rheumatologists like vitamin D. Neurologists like vitamin B12. Other specialists recommended other vitamins for other conditions when I took prednisone.
I tried to appease everyone and said I would take a multivitamin rather than take so many individual vitamins.
What is GLA or did you mean GCA?
