I miraculously still ejaculate at this time, like i did pre op.

retrograde ejaculation...it's when the bolus of ejaculate goes backwards, into your bladder instead of down the urethra and out of the body. It is caused by less resistance to travel that way, after certain surgeries. It also can be caused by Flomax, though, when the flomax relaxes the bladder so much that the length of urethra provides more resistance to flow than the recently relaxed neck of bladder...
