People do not always keep medicines in their medicine cabinet.
I keep mine in several places where it us convenien to take them depending on the instructions.
Therefore medical personnel should look else where.

@amu45sin, In an emergency situation, there is no time for a first responder to do a search for medications. And I don't think that they are authorized to go thru any of your belongings.
