There definitely are some things to help with our numbness and perhaps pain. I have been using a product by Juice Plus that has multiple servings of berries in it. This has helped considerably with my numbness and I also have started using Dynamic nerve from stonehedge. This has helped also. My brothers older than me and his whole legs and feet are numb but he's not doing this treatment. I was amazed at how young I was when I started having this. I was in my early forties.
