Osteoporosis quite severe if I started hrt now will it help . I am 74

I am considering the ‘the Bone Coach program’ for osteoporosis. Cost is $25O which is steep price -It is online , does anyone have experience with this program?

I am 78 & crossed over to osteoporosis from osteopenia a year ago in one hip. I am not excited about taking Fosamax which has been recommended & am concerned about side effects.

I was just diagnosed with osteoporosis last November and my Epidemiologist put me on Fosamax. So, I’ve been on it for 6 months and the only side effect I’ve had was a bit of fatigue my first 2 months. The fatigue is now nonexistent and I feel great. I have another appointment next month and a scan so I will see if the Fosamax is doing its job.
