Yes. It can be out of the fridge for up to 36 hours. See in the manufacturer’s website:

“FORTEO can stay at room temperature for a total of 36 hours per device”

I did not know that. I stressed through a vacation with my somewhat useless cooling travel case, but will ease off my travel stress knowing this.
