I can't answer your question on whether you might need adjuvant treatment after your hysterectomy as I don't have a medical background. In fact, none of us are medical professionals. We provide members with support and share our own life experiences.
What does your doctor recommend? I know some women with Lynch syndrome who had a hysterectomy where there was no evidence of disease - they did this as prevention for cancer. They also go back to the medical clinic frequently for screening and testing for others cancers associated with Lynch syndrome.
