I was recently diagnosed with endormetrial cancer Grade 1 and stage 1A, I did hysterectomy without adjuvant treatment. I am lynch symdrome. Is this treatment enough? who has this simaliar situtation that can share with me, thanks.
@zhang73. Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. Let me see if I can help with some of your questions.
Your title is "Aspirin Uptake with Lynch Syndrome". Do you have a question about aspirin?
I can't answer your question on whether you might need adjuvant treatment after your hysterectomy as I don't have a medical background. In fact, none of us are medical professionals. We provide members with support and share our own life experiences.
What does your doctor recommend? I know some women with Lynch syndrome who had a hysterectomy where there was no evidence of disease - they did this as prevention for cancer. They also go back to the medical clinic frequently for screening and testing for others cancers associated with Lynch syndrome.
