I was in ICU for 5 days severe case of covid. I now have long covid. My question is there anything I can take to kill off any spike protein left in my system?

Here what I was given in the ICU.
MEDS:Covid cocktail in ICU 5+ DAYS

1.Remdesivir: injection is used to treat coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19 infection) caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus in hospitalized adults and children who weigh at least 3 pounds (1.5 kg). 3.Decadron/Dexamethasone:* is a highly potent and long-acting corticosteroid with high glucocorticoid activity and minimal mineralocorticoid activity. Dexamethasone is approximately six times more potent than prednisone. Used to treat arthritis, skin, blood, kidney, eye, thyroid, intestinal disorders, severe allergies, and asthma.
