I don’t know how old you are but even without PC depending on your age according to my Urologist it’s normal to have dry orgasm.

Before having PC, I never had a dry orgasim or even ever heard of it. Just have to make the best of it, deal with it and move on. Improvise, adapt and overcome. While it’s not shocking, it is and does take a little to get used to.
