Is there a study that showed Rifampin isn't needed with Arikayce?

I found one specifically regarding M abscessus, didn't read the whole thing due to time constraints, but it looks promising for Arikayce

I agree, I definitely need the Arikace. Amakacin had an S8 in the resistance and susceptibility testing. Unfortunately, mine also has the erm41 gene that makes it resistant to all macrolides. Hopefully, my ID doctor will have some ideas when I see her later today.
