I bought these socks from Amazon. There's ice packs in the bottom of the ball of your foot in the heel of your foot and then there's one on the top of your foot and it feels so good for neuropathy. I put those on and I fall asleep right away there's no bothersome neuropathy with those on.

@ps6288 omg I tried those while getting chemo and I could not leave them on for the 20 minutes. How on earth do you leave them on overnight? Mine come with the gel packs you put in the freezer but they were just too cold. I use an ice bag I got and fill with ice and then hold it in my hand and place on top of feet.

Can you let me know what the brand is called? I have shoved ice packs in very large socks just to try and get to sleep coupled with xanax. Built-in ice packs socks would be much easier. I did hear though that icing your feet fit more than 10 or 15 minutes at a time could cause further nerve damage because it compromises the remaining nerves, but if you can fall asleep in 15 minutes when the ice wears off then I think its worth it.
