Hi @ltarashuk - I haven't been diagnosed with pelvic floor dyssynergia or chronic idiopathic constipation but I do have a lot of the symptoms. I have some history of off and on constipation but it has been much worse since I had a failed colonoscopy in 2022 followed by a bi-lateral inguinal hernia repair surgery a year later. I haven't done pelvic floor PT but have focused on exercising 40 to 80 minutes daily on a cross-training exercise bike and a rowing machine which helps some. I did see some information from Mayo Clinic that might be worth looking into - Unique, intensive curriculum helps patients retrain pelvic floor muscles: https://www.mayoclinic.org/medical-professionals/physical-medicine-rehabilitation/news/unique-intensive-curriculum-helps-patients-retrain-pelvic-floor-muscles/mac-20506013.

Miralax helped for awhile but doesn't work very well for me lately. What I have found helps me when the constipation has gone on for a few days is drinking a cup of senna tea at night.
