Can you explain what is the Term “ ablation”
I’m suffering from Lowes back pain due to a falling straight to the ground hitting my lumbar bone very hard., as resulting L3 shifted to the front and my lumbar bone was truncated and I’m suffering with bad pain, bad posture, cant stand straight and both legs are hurting and left foot is hurting a lot!!!! Need some advice please.
God Bless you on Holly Tuesday 💜

A nerve ablation is when the tip of the nerve causing the pain is burned of with a laser, I think it's a laser. I lay face down on the table with my lower back exposed. I go to a pain clinic. They clean and numb the area, attach wires to a machine that shows the inside of my lumbar area, and use a laser to do the job. It helps me incredibly.
I read from someone else to check out the doctor and facility. Yes! But I always do that. I worry. I am fortunate. Where I go, I have been going for 6 years. They know their stuff!
You are your own best advocate. I know that's difficult when you're in pain. I have trouble concentrating and sometimes caring. Nobody knows you better than you. Learn, research, call, ask a lot of questions. That's my advice.
I am so sad to hear about your pain. Take care of yourself. You are worth it.
