I also have MCAS and Lyme so it’s hard to know which is doing what to me🙁

I’m so sorry! What time do you take it in the morning? Sounds similar to my situation - headaches have no pattern, but the fatigue lays me out about 2 hours after injection. If you want, I can keep you posted on my night injections. So far so good - but it’s only my second night
