I feel for you! Hopefully you can test some things for yourself, maybe log your attempts on paper, or pc. Oddly enough Celiac Disease was actually masking my ADHD for many, many years. I like ADDitude.com for its articles on ADHD and links to other illnesses including autoimmune diseases, anxiety and so on. The website is free, and there are free webinars. Good luck finding more answers!

Thanks for your response!
I'm truly thinking my adhd is a life long iron deficiency. The medication for adhd has helped me with the brain fog enough then on to the holistic doctor to find digestive enzymes, bioplasma cell salts, and eating for my blood type diet. I can't believe the inflamation is gone in my body so quickly. The adhd meds aren't working as they would to get focused. I am searching and trying internists and specialists to find one that takes me seriously about my life long iron deficiency. I have proof of this. Brain fog from anemia can be reversible and the treatment I've read about may work for this tinnitus that could be AIED. I'm 58 and it's my time to find healthy.. and help others. Thanks again for responding. Happy healing.
