Skipped beats - CAD Blockage?

I’m turning 70 this year and my CAC score was in the 600’s. I’m going to ask my pcp about getting a heart check up seeing how my dad died at 66 from heart disease. Do they do caths thru the wrist now?

I completed a heartcath yesterday, in Raleigh, NC, 4/15/25 and 80 yo. Easy-peasy through the right wrist. I watched the dye injection and asked some questions after the procedure was completed. No blockages. BTW...I have infrequent PVC (premature ventricular contractions) and the cardiologist said they are normal if they are not excessive.
