I am truly sorry for what you are going through and can relate! I had my infusion almost 10 months ago and both shoulders are at their worst at night, waking me up 2-3 times a night. However, they are better than they were. I go to physical therapy biweekly and try to do his suggested exercises when I can. I also have this feeling of exhaustion at times and nausea often; I try to snack more than consume a whole meal seems to work. The exhaustion is normal due to lack of a nice deep sleep. My shoulders, like I said, are their worst at night. I have tried Tylenol and it doesn’t seem to help. Time has made them better, between that and my learning to deal with what I’m given. My endocrinologist called this week wanting to set up another infusion and I declined. Should I fall and break a hip, I’ll deal with it then. Try, I do mean, try physical therapy and also try to stay busy. Our minds are very powerful and a little pain can be felt as extreme. If we learn that there really is nothing broke and the pain is from the infusion. My hopes is that I can train my brain that I am okay until this Reclast hopefully, wears off! I wish you luck and whatever you do, do not give up, you are in control not the Reclast!
