@foxj

I mostly walk for exercise. I practiced restorative yoga almost every day which was mostly stretching but tore a hamstring in the fall so I stopped. I am going to start doing that again so we will see how it goes.
I mentioned the pain to my doctor at my 4 week check up and she thinks it’s pain from the stitches or from the incision itself. She said I was probably the thinnest person she’d done the surgery on so I guess that made a difference in sewing me back up. The extra thinness was because of the frequency of my episodes and lack of appetite, not to mention all the liquid dieting. I am not scheduled to see her again until July but will go before then if the pain persists. It is a come and go thing so I’m trying to figure out what might be triggering it.
Thank you for sharing your experiences with me. It helps.

I hope it goes away.

I did order a posture corrector because I was slouching so much after surgery.
I would wear in the mornings and seemed to help with side and back discomfort.
I still have discomfort on side sometimes but, not pain.
