My first nut was not until 8mths! I had 2 almonds. LOL But, I still do not eat a lot of them. Some sunflower seeds, sliced almonds in my granola I put in yogurt.
I still sill does not eat much of them.

I had more discomfort than pain. You should check with the Dr. on the pain.
Are you able to exercise and stretch? I also, swim that had help too.
I have an infrared dry sauna, and it help tremendously with relaxing and mental.

I mostly walk for exercise. I practiced restorative yoga almost every day which was mostly stretching but tore a hamstring in the fall so I stopped. I am going to start doing that again so we will see how it goes.
I mentioned the pain to my doctor at my 4 week check up and she thinks it’s pain from the stitches or from the incision itself. She said I was probably the thinnest person she’d done the surgery on so I guess that made a difference in sewing me back up. The extra thinness was because of the frequency of my episodes and lack of appetite, not to mention all the liquid dieting. I am not scheduled to see her again until July but will go before then if the pain persists. It is a come and go thing so I’m trying to figure out what might be triggering it.
Thank you for sharing your experiences with me. It helps.
