Any suggestions for a medical center for treatment of long-term Covid?

I’d check the medical centers in your state to see if any know where long covid patients are being treated.

Hi,
Could you check on long covid medical centers on the coast of central eastern Florida? Melbourne, Vero Beach.
I did a zoom meeting 2 times at the University of Florida Intergrative Medicine . These meetings did not yield much fruit. It is difficult to get a diagnosis when all they have are inventories and checklists. To come in person is a 4 hour drive both ways. I have heard of 3 people in my area with long covid. My doctors do not have an understanding of this condition. I don’t really know where to look. Thanks.
