Thank you so much for sharing this. Just went to orthopedic doc due to collar bone pain. A PA student diagnosed me with a rotator cuff tear. The PA then said we can give you a cortisone shot now. I replied I needed to do some research first. So I got a pair of eye rolls and left. Reading these posts was very helpful.

Just thought you would like to know that i decided to get my steroid shot again ,this is my 5th shot for my back but this time my gyno has proscribed estrogen cream before had to build up my estrogen to see if that would help with the bleeding . So i can let you know if it helps .I am a little scepitcal but worth the try . Cheese vikki
