I agree yaya...after years of inability to move much, I can now do more. Nothing like I could before but it is better. I am going to try weights next to see if I can build more muscle which will burn more calories. Will start very slowly so I don't experience the dreaded post exercise malaise!

My husband brought me exercise bands and 5 lb weights to use at home so my strength isn't wasted on a trip. I mimic what I used to do at the gym best I can. I seem to be holding onto my muscle. find exercises to keep your legs and ankles strong to keep from tripping a breaking a hip.
