What’s the difference between hemp oil and cbd oil? I took the cbd with THC and it caused many problems Did it help anxiety?

There is no difference between the two. CBD with THC I can handle but only in a very small amount. If I snake it it makes my anxiety and panic worse which I was told it can do by my therapy office
