I have incredibly thick phlegm for nine months POST covid
I take nac

I do a lot of other stuff to help but one constant is the phlegm never goes away

I had COVID 2 years ago and it's still with me too. The ENT said it would take a long time to get over but I think it is here to stay. Must be permanent damage but I wonder if it is damage to lungs or sinuses or throat or what.
