@lou53 Were you diagnosed with this or someone you know? I was unfamiliar with this diagnosis and so I looked it up on the Mayo Clinic website:

A struma ovaraii tumor is not usually cancerous according to what I read but it can be malignant in some very rare cases. I also read that this tumor is uncommon.
Is there a plan for treatment? Is surgical removal a consideration that was recommended by the doctor?
