No, @wiliaam22, I don't feel weakness at all. My pump is one year old today, and has changed my life! I still have other aches and pains from issues other than my back, but it is minimal. Are you thinking about it?

I have had my pain pump for two years. I have not had any pain relief. My trial(0.4 mg. hydromorphone) dropped my pain from an 8 down to a 2. But, after it wore off, I had quite a bout of vomiting. I had the pump output increased many times over the first year with no help. The last time I had it increased, it went up 20%. I felt all dizzy and uneasy, so I began to have the output decreased with the thought of having it it removed. I just met with pain management, and we agreed that I may have stopped short of getting to the best point of drug delivery to address my pain. I will add two boluses at my next visit. Then we will start going back up. Has anyone experienced anything like this with their pain pump? I am somewhat desperate as my pain has been increasing over the past five months. Thank you for your responses.
