What’s the name of this cream?

It does not have a name. The doctor calls it in individually with the amounts listed. I asked the pharmacist for the amounts. When the prescription needs renewed the pharmacy fax’s it over to the doctor.

There is not a name for it. The neurologist just calls it into the compounding pharmacy with the amounts shown. I also take soma 350 and skelaxon. 800 mgs orally.
