It's so good to read that you had an improved DEXA after making a number of changes. Would you be willing to share what you have done in terms of diet, supplements, exercise and stress reduction? Many thanks!

I'm happy to share.
Here's a timeline and a list of things I changed (diet, supplements, exercise and stress reduction). I probably forgot a thing or two, but this is pretty thorough. I hope it helps. All the best on your journey to better bone health.

Jan 2023 - First DEXA : Spine = -3.7 ; Left femoral hip = -3.2
May 2023 - Prolia injection
Jan 2024 - First Evenity injections
Mar 2024 - Started HRTs (low dose CombiPatch)
Oct 2024 - Last Evenity injections (10th treatment)
Nov 2024 - DEXA: Spine = -2.1 ; Left femoral neck = -2.6
Nov 2024 – 2 mg Reclast infusion

Vitamin B12 switched to 5MTHF (methyl-folate) May 2024
Vitamin D
Magnesium
Ashwaganda
Fortibone collagen
No NSAIDs
Dr. Lauren Fishman’s 12 yoga poses for osteoporosis
Stomping
Heel drops
Squats
Walking
Stress relief with yoga nidra
Natto 5 times per week
Prunes 4 times per week
Gluten free
Reduced sugar and caffeine intake
Dairy from grass-fed cows: kefir, yogurt, cheese, minimally pasteurized and non homogenized whole milk
Lots of protein (organic and/or grass fed meats. Eggs from pasture raised chickens)
