You might want to add chocolate to that list. Also consider cutting out heavily (greasy) fried food and very rich desserts. I’m convinced I was once felled by a gigantic ice cream cone!
I had eliminated popcorn years ago. It has now been over 1 year since my Colon Resection and I tried eating some a couple times last month.
No issues whatsoever.
It is crazy all the stuff I eliminated through the years.
After the surgery you ask what can I eat now? And I was told by my colon surgeon anything. They were right.
Before the surgery, remember asking my GI Dr. telling me at some point it will not matter what you eliminate anymore the damage is done. And he was right too.
