I was watching an interview with Alex Trebek, long time host of a game show, he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer stage 3, a very daunting prognosis to say the least…he was so calm and very positive, he said that he wasn’t afraid of dying because he knew that his life wasn’t over, he had a strong conviction that he was going somewhere else after he leaves here. I could see that he felt very strongly about his journey and I was so impressed by his strong faith in his belief. I was very moved by what he said and I truly enjoyed listening to him speak. I really wished that I could be like him and live without the fears I have.

Have you ever read anout NDE's..fascinating. or go to a reputable medium? Despite all this evidence of continuing life, we worry and are scared. Keep on mind that you are spirit in a shell. We are blessed that, if the shell can not support us, we can be free of it. When the time comes, for anyone, we will welcome the relief. I had pneumonia and was very ill..could not have cared if I died..no fear, just relief. As humans feeling well, this is hard to grasp as I am having problems. I believe we go on, but not having been there, yhe unknown is scary. One day at a time. Reach out for support but also reach out and do a loving give back for someone. It helpsGood aerobics help too. Even walking. Sending a virtual hug.
