Haven’t tried the Tylenol+Ibuprofen yet. Using Aleve gels like candy and doesn’t seem to last. Thought about stacking the different nsaids, so this may indeed provide relief. I’m also taking Hydroxycloroquine 40cg/day. It’s been 12 weeks. I’m waiting? I’ll do another month then try something LDN. I too experience knee and muscle pain. Right now I’m testing with ice packs, which help after too much activity… which really isn’t much compared to life before this.
