Lifting weights while on ADT: hitting a wall?

I ride my spin cycle almost daily for 20-30 minutes. Run about 5 miles every other day and do weights every other day. Nothing major but just trying to keep the weight down and eat prostate healthy with a few supplements. I’ve lost 25lbs since January ( 6’0 and 195 now) and my last 3 PSA test numbers trending downward. Hoping that continues but we shall see in June. If nothing else at least this feels like the right approach.

Sure sounds like a good approach. Why are you doing ADT?
