I’m two weeks out of RP. 62yrs old. Walked 3.5 miles yesterday. I feel pretty good. But I’ve had moments where the incontinece and stomach adjustment has gotten to me. I’m getting the hang of it though. Each day is better. ED is not even on my mind yet but I know it’s out there. It’s a difficult juggling act of sound advice from Drs (who I inherently trust ) and respecting your QOL. I was one of the guys that was so worried about dying I said RP ASAP! Despite 2 COE’s suggesting RT. In the end I may have “ guessed “ right since my grade dropped to 3 from 5 and I went from g9 to g7. Too early to declare victory but the post surgery pathology supported my decision Anyway, it’s early days for me. I’m glad there is guidance out there from those who have gone through this.
