Runny nose that stops and starts in an instant

I have the runny nose , water-like fluid , and I'm pretty sure it comes
with eating or drinking.
I had pneumonia in May2024, breathlessness, urge to cough since then.
Bulla, stable pneumothorax, bronchiectasis in CT.
The runny nose worsened the last months.
I occasionally had it before 2024 but didn't make the association with eating/drinking.
Now I almost always have it when eating/drinking , it lasts 5-10 min.
Sometimes I have it without eating/drinking , but maybe from saliva production
or cold air.

I forgot to say that I never had Covid, the pneumonia was probably
from streptococci.
And I also have GERD and fundoplication in 1999, currently I take
no drugs.
So, could it be some gastric leakage ?
How rare is it, when that spinal leakage found above is only 1:100000
