I've been doing well on the Advil Dual Action (acetaminophen and ibuprofen in one pill). I have stomach issues with ibuprofen alone, but this is okay so far. Amazon has a generic that will save you a lot. The pills are exactly alike, even the printing. It is likely a business like Perrigo makes both. Good luck!

I am also on hydroxychloroquin, and I feel like I have arthritis in my knees and legs. I too have been very depressed because I have been diagnosed with Scleroderma. I am also taking Sulindac to help with osteoporosis.
