I too understand your anxiety. I'm on 4mm per day of clonazapam for mine. I have had 2 cancers since 2021. Prostate cancer that had escaped my prostate. There were 3 tumors that were destroyed by External Beam Radiation and I was on hormone therapy for 2 years to protect me against metastasis from the cancer that escaped via Perineural invasion. After the 2 years of hormone therapy, I asked to get off it because it was starting to affect my memory severely. It was scheduled for 3 years but they agreed and my PSA has remained undetectable.
Eight months after that cancer, I was diagnosed with Cancer in my left Ureter that extended up to my Renal(kidney) base. I went through chemotherapy for that one. It didn't seem to cure it al and I lost my left kidney and Ureter. Recently they discovered one 1cm Spiculated node in my right upper lung lobe as well as 3 more nodes in that lobe that were not there in a CT Scan just 7 months prior. They also found about 15 new nodes scattered between my left upper lobe, my middle lobe and my lower lobes. None of these were present in the scan from 7 months ago. Most of the new nodes are 3 to 5 mm, except for the 1cm node in my right upper lobe. I'm having a repeat CT Scan w/contrast on the 15th of this month. I'm a 45 year pack history smoker and in poor health from multiple co-morbidities and the side effects of radiation and chemotherapy My immune system is severely compromised, so I'm expecting to be diagnosed with lung cancer. Mainly because I went from a single 5mm node 7 months ago to between 15 and 20 with 1 spiculated node, I'm afraid it's going to be a fast moving cancer. I'm praying multiple times during the day and I'm a Christian, but Lung Cancer scares me more than any other type of cancer. I hope your biopsy ends up Benign. God Bless You.
