Hi Colleen, Thank you for the information. Is there a way to search state data or does it require contacting one provider at a time? I live in Virginia. Might a phone call to Mayo be a faster way to accomplish this?

Chip, all appointment queries are routed to the appointments office at each Mayo campus. See the phone number for each location on this webpage http://mayocl.in/1mtmR63

That will be your most efficient way to find out.
